Cancellation Policy

Cancellations. A 48-hour notice period is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary if done before the time limit provided. Any appointments that have not been cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit paid. If we do not hear from you at all, the deposit paid will not be refunded as this would be compensating Fresh&Faded for the wasted time slot. We will do our best to help where we can at our discretion but we need your co-operation in order to do this.
